I am a Nikon shooting, animal loving, Mac using, iPod obsessing, flip-flop wearing, Burt's Bees applying, Tae Kwon Do learning, Southern, South Carolina football fanatic, feisty red head kind of gal.

A child of the 80s - I grew up with a camera around my neck and a Cabbage Patch Kid in my arms. My Speak 'n Spell was easily my most favorite Christmas gift ever and I totally credit it with my ability to spell "success." I never missed an episode of ALF, and I would've given my right arm to have my own short, furry, funny alien living in our garage. I know who shot J.R. and how tall Smurfs are. I couldn't have been more proud of my yellow Sony Walkman or my Luke Perry poster.

I was slightly obsessed with the McDonald's menu song record (yep, record, like vinyl) that we received in the Sunday paper and I learned every word. I still know the song but I haven't eaten McDonald's in years. Strawberry Shortcake and I were BFF and I thought all red heads (myself included) should constantly smell like strawberries. In my dreams I was She-Ra, Princess of Power.
